Power Ford and House of Football Team up to give the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Mexico’s Kids and Families a Wonderful Holiday Party
On Thursday, December 14, 2017, Power Ford and House of Football and several other Albuquerque Businesses have teamed up to provide a catered meal and gifts for the kids and families of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Mexico. The Seligman location will be busy all through this week with volunteers from House of Football and Power Ford to wrap gifts, set the table, serve food and provide merriment for member children of all ages.
Generosity at this time of year will warm the hearts of parents, guardians, youth, staff, and volunteers as the festivities beginning at 6PM and last until 8PM at the Seligman Branch, 3333 Truman NE, Albuquerque NM, 87110.
Along with Power Ford and House of Football, Gap adopted 5 families, United Healthcare organized a toy drive, Pappadeaux Restaurant is donating for 5 teens, Village Inn set up giving trees at various locations and Mackie Reid supported the event.
“We had the idea that this year’s proceeds from our volunteer "Wrapping Service" and event can go to your charity. Every year a few volunteers descend on the Eubank store to wrap for donations to a chosen charity, we feel that should be Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Mexico.” says Andy Hageman of House of Football.
President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central NM, Tim Sheahan shared “We are immensely grateful for the generosity of these two local businesses. This will certainly brighten the holidays for everyone, especially kids that may not be as fortunate this year.”
