Site Director: Erica Harrington

Erica Harrington is the Site Director of the Alvarado Elementary School Boys and Girls Club. She initially began her career with the Boys and Girls Club at the flagship site, Seligman, as the Director of First Impressions. After a year she was promoted to Site Director.
Erica was born and raised in New York before moving to Colorado. Living in Colorado for eight years, she moved around the state to involve herself in several different communities. She moved to Santa Fe in 2016 then Albuquerque in 2017 and has resided there since. Erica believes that her exposure to different states and cities across the country has given her the opportunity to understand different cultural needs and communication styles for many families and children. Her childcare methods are based upon the principle that all children deserve opportunities and safety to allow them to grow and experience the world around them.
Outside of work, Erica is attending the University of Denver to get her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business. In her spare time, she likes to manage and market for local bands and take her dog, Rocky, to explore New Mexico.
