7th annual NM Desertfest

The 7th annual NM Desertfest at Wisepies Arena is a celebration of all automotive cultures and the incredible creations they produce!

To Register for the Event

At NM Desertfest you will find everything from imports to domestics, racers and off-roaders, bikes and trikes, and just about everything in-between. There will be live music, food, a beer garden, and fun for the whole family!

Last year NM Desertfest brought over 8000 spectators to Sandia Resort and Casino to enjoy over 600 vehicles from all over New Mexico and the surrounding area.

This year we are proud to announce our partnership with the Boy and Girls Club of Central New Mexico, who will be receiving 100% of the proceeds from this event to benefit New Mexico's youth.

We will also be raffling off a slammed and wrapped Jetta as well as a custom slammed Ruckus! Raffle tickets will be $5 each or $20 for five. The raffle will take place at 8pm and you must be present to win.

The event will also feature tons of photo and video coverage from the event, and as usual our friends at 1320 Video will be in attendance.

There will be five food trucks on the scene, a massive beer garden, and concessions will be open at the Pit during the event.

Entering a vehicle in this year's NM Desertfest will cost $25 when pre-registration opens on May 1st. After pre-registration has closed the cost will be $35 until the day of the event. Spectator parking will cost $5 and will be collected by the UNM staff.

Donation booths for the Boys and Girls Club of Central New Mexico will be set up throughout the event and we encourage people to donate what they can.

All vehicles registered and participating in the show need to remain in place from 4pm to 8pm for event safety.

We will be allowing cars that are arriving on trailer through the gate at 1pm to park. For everyone else entering the show parking will begin at 2pm. The event opens to the public at 4pm and will go until 9pm.

Vendors need to arrive between 1-2pm to park and set up. Anyone that arrives outside of their designated parking times will be turned away. No exceptions.

Drivers entering the show may bring one additional person with them to help park. No more than one additional person will be allowed for event safety.

Drivers are prohibited from burnouts and drifting at the event and upon arriving at or leaving the venue.

Please keep any negative opinions to yourself. Drivers participating in this event have put countless time and money into their projects for your enjoyment.

Please come adequately prepared for a beautiful but warm New Mexico afternoon. Bring sun screen, hats, pop-up chairs, and additional shade if needed. Above all, be safe and have fun!
